How operators and AI working together sped up Pochtoy.com customer support

Pochtoy.com support has gone through a major transformation: most customers now get complete information about their parcels on the same day they write in. And there is still a real person behind every decision, not a generator of automatic messages. Under the old setup, a support specialist spent the lion's share of their time digging through systems by hand. Answering a single question meant checking the account credits, the seller's invoices, warehouse photos of the parcel and courier statuses one by one. That took hours, so the conversation often dragged on to the next day. What happens now when you send a request We handed the collection of the initial information over to artificial intelligence: The moment a ticket is created, the system instantly pulls up the whole history: from balance movements to warehouse photos of the labelling and the tracking status. The employee sees a ready-made file: what the problem is, links to the original sources and a draft reply with a plan of action. All the specialist has to do is assess the situation, adjust the wording if needed and send the message. Human control comes first The AI does not talk to users directly.

Latest news and minor service updates.

We continue to make the service more convenient and understandable, based on your questions and real usage scenarios. We are gradually adding changes that eliminate unnecessary actions, reduce support requests, and allow you to manage orders and packages yourself, in a couple of clicks. Cancellation of ordered additional services Now you can independently cancel ordered photo, video, and splitting services if the package has not yet been taken from the shelf for these services. Cancellation is available directly in your personal account next to the additional services request, without contacting support. Cancellation of delivery insurance Before paying for the package, you can remove delivery insurance. We know it is often added by accident, so now cancellation is available independently, without operator involvement. Closing tickets by the client If a ticket has already been created but a response is no longer needed, for example, you received information in the website chat or Telegram, it can be marked as resolved. After this, the ticket is automatically removed from processing. Please use this option, it really helps. Cancellation of a withdrawal request A withdrawal request...

Section «You asked – we did».

Today we'll share three improvements that made working with the service more convenient and calmer. Now the delivery promo code can be applied not only at the parcel checkout stage, but also later – before payment. If you forgot to enter the promo code or received it after sending the parcel for assembly, no big deal, you can apply it before paying for the parcel. It is now possible to cancel parcel assembly. This comes in handy if another parcel you forgot about suddenly arrives, or if you decide to change the tariff. You can now do this yourself, without contacting support, provided that assembly or inspection of the parcel has not yet started. It is also now possible to cancel a purchase order if it has not yet been taken into processing by the buyer. If you changed your mind, found a better option, or decided to change something, the order can be canceled in one click. We continue to improve the service based on your requests, and we highly value your feedback.
